Italian venue Bellucci has opened in Australia Square, Sydney, from restaurateur George Nahas.
The 100-seat restaurant offers all-day dining including breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, dinner and late-night supper.
Ex-Fratelli Paradiso chef Teofilo Nobrega has been appointed as head chef and has designed a menu that revolves around handmade pastas, wood-fired pizza and salads.
Aperitivo will be available from 3-5pm, with low-alcohol cocktails on offer along with a range of house-made sodas, spritz, prosecco and wine.
Bellucci is open Monday to Friday from 6.30am, with the venue open until 12am from Wednesday to Friday.
