Morgan McGlone’s Belles Hot Chicken brand will expand their Melbourne footprint with a new store located on the corner of Elizabeth and Bourke Street.
Set to open in October, the venue will offer a new heat level and debut a Belles signature nugget.
“Melbourne CBD is the natural next step for Belles, there are exciting additions to the menu, a fresh fitout and a buzzing location that is perfect for cool events like wine tastings, kitchen takeovers and so much more,” says McGlone.
The new heat level, dubbed Really F***ing Hot, Sex Panther will be on the permanent menu after a few appearances at pop-up events. McGlone has also created a new nugget recipe that will be exclusive to the new store.
In addition to the heat level and new nugget recipe, the 100-seat venue will also launch a new collaborative wine, Party Blend. Created by group beverage director Christian Roberton and Unkel Wines’ Rob Burley, the wine will be included on the beverage list, which centres around natural, organic and low-intervention varieties.
