Merivale will officially open the doors to Bar Totti’s in the ivy precinct on Wednesday 15 January.
Dubbed the younger sibling of the Bondi original, diners can kick back at the bar or dining space and keep an eye on familiar faces Mike Eggert and Jake Ahrens in the kitchen.
But one thing that’s different to the OG location is the house-made antipasti list, which now has more than 20 items to choose from.
Everything from sardines, octopus, nduja, prosciutto and burrata can be teamed with the venue’s signature wood-fired bread.
The menu also encompasses larger snack dishes cooked on the grill including king prawns, chilli and fennel and chicken wings plus sweet treats spanning the Neopolitan ice cream sandwich and tiramisu.
Retro Italian cocktails are a key part of the cocktail list, with plenty of spritzes and low-intervention Italian wines available.
Bar Totti’s is open every day from 12pm until late.
