Eternity Bar & Grill has officially opened in Sydney’s Central Railway Station.
The venue is a casual bar and eatery that focuses on local New South Wales wine, beer and produce.
Bloodwood chef and owner Claire van Vuuren has consulted on the menu, and says she was inspired by commuters.
“I wanted the menu to reflect the diversity and energy of people who pass through the station,” says the chef. “The menu has something for everyone and reflects the flavours and produce of Sydney. [It’s] fresh and showcases organic and sustainable produce.”
Eternity is has room for 220 diners and open daily from 6am-9pm. The venue will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
