Bake Bar has expanded, opening it’s fourth store in Rose Bay this week. Like the brand’s Double Bay, Randwick and Alexandria stores the Rose Bay venue will specialise in gluten-free and organic sourdough breads, pastries and cakes.
Director of Bake Bar Gili Gold will continue to lead the Bake Bar team, bringing the same organic and wholefood philosophy to Rose Bay that the Bake Bar brand embodies.
“At Bake Bar we only use sustainable, organic, and seasonal produce to create every item prepared in our kitchen. This is an essential ingredient embedded across all of our stores,” says Gold.
The Rose Bay store will allow customers to ‘serve themselves’ with a Bake Bar-first self-ordering service system, alongside a self-service bread bar. Bake Bar Rose Bay is expected to be the first Bake Bar store to be completely cashless by 2020.
Bake Bar Rose Bay will be open seven days a week from 6am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 7am to 6pm on Sundays.
