Australian Venue Co. (AVC) has snapped up another pub, but time, it’s an Adelaide venue.
The Parkside Hotel has now joined AVC’s portfolio and undergone a swift renovation.
“We are delighted to be acquiring another venue in South Australia,” says Australian Venue Co CEO, Paul Waterson.
“We see the state as an important part of our investment plan the Parkside Hotel is such a fantastic venue with a long history in Adelaide. Australian Venue Co is really excited to welcome the team on board.”
The venue will continue to offer much-loved classics including a steak sandwich, chicken schnitzel and pizzas as well as new menu additions such as pork belly bao, tempura eggplant chips, Thai green vegetable curry and a Malay-style fried chicken burger.
The Parkside joins other AVC pubs in South Australia including the Robe Hotel and the Brighton Metro Hotel, which will reopen in July after undergoing a major renovation.
“At AVC, we want to build great pubs for local communities and Parkside Hotel embodies this.”
