QT Perth is set to welcome award-winning pâtisser Anna Polyviou for a one-off high tea experience on 22 October.
The pastry chef has created a Willy Wonka-inspired offering for the event which will feature her recently-launched cookie dough range.
“To celebrate the release of my cookie dough range, it was a no-brainer to host a bash at one of my favourite hotels, QT Perth,” says Polyviou.
“I found the perfect venue to get down and party, where I can spin tricks, drink bubbles and allow the cookie to crumble.”
Guests can expect a line-up of one-of-kind sweet and savoury pastries.
Standout items include a unique caramel slice with peanut fudge, cookies and salted caramel popcorn, inspired by an Australian chicken roll.
The event will take place at the hotel’s rooftop where patrons can enjoy scenic sunset views and music.
Bookings are now open from $99 per guest and includes a complimentary Cookie Dough gift.
