ALIA’s on-premise finalists revealed

The Australian Liquor Industry Awards are back for another year, with on-premise categories including Best New Bar, Best Food Venue, Best Wine List and Bar Manager of the Year.

Winners will be announced at an awards night on Wednesday, 12 October at Royal Randwick in Sydney.

The awards recognise some of Australia’s best hospitality venues, putting the spotlight on individuals, teams, drinks and businesses.

These finalists will now be sent to the judging panel of key industry identities and then the results will be audited by Deloitte. The off-premise finalists were announced last week.
