South Yarra’s A25 is expanding into Melbourne’s CBD with A25 Espresso opening on the corners of Lonsdale Street and Hardware Lane in mid-December.
The new site will focus on specialty coffee (Dukes Roasters) and offer an Italian breakfast “with a twist.”
Remo Nicolini is owner, and Salvatore Giorgio will be heading up the kitchen.
The venue will seat 50 guests indoors and 20 outside, and has been designed by Studio Equator.
“I feel at home in the CBD, I love the buzz and am thrilled to have acquired such a prominent site on Hardware Lane,” said Nicolini.
“A25 Espresso will be an all day Italian eatery with some interesting surprises. I’m excited to bring a bigger focus to new age Italian sharing plates and specialty coffee.”
