Don’t miss your opportunity to hear from celebrated chef, author and restaurateur Christine Manfield, who will sit down with MC Alex Herbert to discuss everything from her decision to close her last restaurant to how travel has kick-started a new chapter in her career.

The summit will feature a keynote presentation, two Q&As, seven panel discussions and streamed sessions for the first time, giving delegates the opportunity to select which speakers they want to see.

We will be covering mental health and wellbeing (Mal Meiers, Sabrina Warwar, Amber Kaba, Jeremy Courmadias); chronicling the journey of opening a venue from initial idea to execution (Sam Egerton, Justin North, Sven Almenning, Hamish Watts); exploring the potential of pop-ups, merchandise and food festivals (Phil Gannon, Michael Nicolian, Chrissy Flanagan, Kerby Craig) and looking at how operators can attract and retain local staff (Kylie Javier Ashton, Bernice Colcomb, Dr Glyn Brokensha, Lucy Allon).

Plus, there will be sessions on social media and marketing, solo chefs vs group operators, 2020 trends, a Q&A with Flour and Stone’s Nadine Ingram and a keynote presentation on using storytelling and social marketing to increase sales.
