Pavilion Social is set to open in Bondi, designed for long lunches, golden-hour drinks and sunset sessions that roll into the night.
The new offering on Level 1 of Bondi Pavilion will be overseen by Wats On Events, an event management company known for creating unique and engaging experiences.
The simple, shareable menu includes salt crisps with LP’s mortadella and peppers, kingfish crudo with blood orange and fennel pollen, and freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters with finger lime dressing. There are also peeled tiger prawns with house cocktail sauce, a prawn roll with yuzu koshō mayo, and a classic cheeseburger.

The bar has a focus on fresh, coastal-inspired drinks, from rosé to Negronis. Signature cocktails include the Barefoot Paloma with green apple and pink grapefruit or the Sunset Spagliato with gin mare and Croser rosé. A rotating line-up of frozen cocktails will also feature.
These can be enjoyed alongside live acoustic acts, percussionists, and DJs taking over the decks.
Open from 4pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and from noon on the weekends. Pavilion Social is located on Level 1 of Bondi Pavilion, Bondi Beach.
