Sydney winemakers Sebastian Keys and Zachary Godbolt from Doom Juice are spearheading a pop-up restaurant with some of the city’s finest culinary talents.

St. Lawrence Bistro will kick off from 2 September at the House of Music & Booze in St Peters and see a roster of chefs create snacks menus that will be paired with Doom Juice’s lineup of wines.

Expect to see The Old Fitz’s Toby Stansfield, P+V’s Wesley Cooper Jones, Cafe Paci’s Sammy Rozsnyoi, Fish Shop’s Luka Coyne, Bastardo’s Jack Fitzhenry, 10 Hats’ Anna Ugarte-Carral, Continental Deli’s Marcelo Munoz and Sagra’s Ed Saxton in the kitchen during the weekly Sunday event.

Along with food and plenty of wine, the courtyard/garage space will also host DJs and display work from local artists.

Doom Juice launched in the midst of lockdown and went on to become the first cellar door in the Inner West.

The makers have become known for their range of organic wines covering Rose, Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc x Viognier.

St. Lawrence Bistro will run on Sundays from 2 September.
