Witness the ceremonial first tuna cutting of the season, a treasured tradition in Japanese cuisine. A rare and beautiful preparation of a Southern bluefin tuna by tuna master Narito Ishii followed by a tasting of the freshest and finest cuts of sashimi and sushi by 2 hatted chef Toshihiko Oe.
