250g fresh pizza dough

50g blended whole peeled tomatoes – pizza sauce  

170g Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese

180g roasted red capsicum- skinned and peeled / chopped

80g Muhammara dip


  1. Stretch fresh pizza dough to desired thickness
  2. Spread pizza sauce and evenly distribute the Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese
  3. Scatter with the roasted capsicum across the pizza
  4. Place in a pre-heated wood-fired oven at 380 degrees Celsius or rotational pizza oven at 270 degrees Celsius and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Once cooked and cut add dollops of the Muhamarra dip or serve it as a side component
