QT Melbourne has teamed up with Four Pillars to launch the Secret Garden Bar on the rooftop of the hotel.
Previously the kitchen garden, the space has been redesigned to create a green haven for 40 people.
Four Pillars have created a drinks menu which revolves around the brand’s gin selection including a special gin distilled for the bar.
“As a proudly Victorian gin we jumped at the chance to partner with QT Melbourne to bring the Secret Garden Bar to life,” says Stuart Gregor, co-founder of Four Pillars.
Guests are also able to create their own cocktails by requesting a gin and different herbs from the garden.
Drinks include Wild Strawberries with Four Pillars Rare Dry gin combined with rose, wild strawberries and coriander and the Passion Killa with Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin with sour passion fruit.
QT Melbourne executive chef Andy Harmer and Four Pillars creative director Matt Wilkinson have worked together on a concise menu which features gin-cured pork skewers with marmalade glaze and pork gin chipolatas.
The bar officially opens on 24 October and is open Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm.
