Melbourne’s Private Dining Room final event will see an all-star line-up featuring three of talented young chefs  Jo Barrett (Oakridge), Zackary Leon Furst (Ides) and Charley Snadden-Wilson (Embla).

The last few years have seen each of the chefs lauded for their talents in cooking competitions such as San Pellegrino Young Chef and Appetite for Excellence as well as food awards including TimeOut, Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Guide, The Australian Hot 50, and Good Food Guide.

Founded by sommelier, Tim O’Donnell, the Private Dining Room event series allows Melbourne’s chefs to collaborate and work outside the confines of their restaurants, creating unique dining experiences for followers and guests to experience in secret locations around Melbourne.

“The innovation and creativity of these young chefs is the essence of why I created the Private Dining Room concept,” says O’Donnell. “It allows thriving chefs to truly showcase their skills and culinary passions; this degustation for example will feature handmade cheeses, fermented fruits, wood-fired cooking, foraged and locally grown ingredients and eclectic producers.”

For this Private Dining Room dinner, the chefs will present a collaborative bespoke six-course menu matched with the best international and local wines and spirits handpicked by O’Donnell. Similar to all previous events, the exact mystery location will be shared with diners on the day via a SMS message.
