Following successful events in Perth and Melbourne, Oktoberfest in the Garden will now be extended to Sydney for the first time.
Complete with traditional Bavarian dress, entertainment and a wide range of authentic German beer and food, the Sydney event will take place on Saturday 31 October in The Domain. The Perth event will take place on Saturday 10 October, and the Melbourne event's festivities will span over two days at riverside venue, Birrarung Marr on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October.
“Not many Aussies are able to jump on a plane and fly to Munich to celebrate Oktoberfest so we are pleased to be able to bring the best elements of the festival Down Under,” says Ross Drennan, co-founder of the festival.
“You’ll be able to taste your way across Europe with a large selection of imported beer, cider and wine paired with traditional German dishes,” he said.
