Sydney’s Night Noodle Markets will make a comeback to Hyde Park from 4-21 October, showcasing some of the country’s best Asian venues.
More than 40 vendors will be cooking at the event including Mr. Bao, Chat Thai, Mr Miyagi and Wonderbao.
Chur Burger, Gelato Messina, Donut Papi and Black Star will also make an appearance at the annual event.
To celebrate the 20-year anniversary of the market, a dedicated restaurant, Lucky 3 Asian Eating House, will open, with names including Spice Temple (2-9 October), Mamak (10-15 October) and Chanteen (16-21 October) running the pop-up.
South Australian winery Laira will host a cellar door and James Squire will run the Night Terrace, offering up craft beers. Bottomless kombucha will also be on offer and Pimm’s will be available at the Garden Bar for $10.
Hyde Park Palms will also make a comeback, featuring conversations with conversations with Bill Granger, Christine Manfield, Stephanie Alexander and Ross Lusted.
The restaurant will also host dinners with Jason Neroni (L.A.), 90s and noughties lunches with Andy Bowdy, Victor Liong, Mitch Orr and Kate Reid and a vegan Italian feast.
