Bomba’s Rooftop Bar is set to reopen on Thursday 19 July following an extensive renovation that’s incorporated a new second terrace.

The revamped space will focus on gin and cocktails alongside independent Melbourne breweries.

Cocktails will also be available on tap including sangria and warm options of Calvados and All Things Nice, consisting of Melbourne Moonshine apple pie, brandy, pear and winter spice.

The wine list will showcase Australian producers and organic wine along with an exclusive range of Spanish wines courtesy of Tiger Birds’ Armada Imports.

Food options will revolve around the bikini, which is a Catalan version of a toasted sandwich. Diners can look forward to Jamon Iberico with truffle and smoked ham hock with mahon and mozzarella.

Tapas options and Spanish cheeses are also available, along with the house favourite of fried whitebait with herb aioli.

“After four years of careful planning, we’re excited to present a venue that is bigger, brighter and better,” says Jesse Gerner, Tigerbird director.
