House Made Hospitality has expanded its flagship venue Hinchcliff House in Sydney’s Quay Quarters with the addition of a new bar.

Bar Mammoni, which means ‘mama’s boy’ in Italian, is the smallest arm of the multi-level space which encompasses all-day diner Grana, Grana Bakery, Lana restaurant and underground cocktail bar Apollonia.

The pocket-sized bar is located on Loftus Lane and is serving up everything from espresso in the morning to pizza slices at lunch and cocktails in the evening.

Guests can stop by for ‘pastries with a difference’, sandwiches and a selection of larger plates.

Snacks include everything from lobster roll bruschetta to arancini, mortadella and whipped ricotta cro-sando and bullhorn peppers with sour eggplant.

Spiced lamb meatballs, crisp chicken saltimbocca with parmesan greens and marinated and charred zucchini with anchovy panzanella are just some of the bigger plates, with gelato and cannoli the only two sweet options you need.

The drinks menu leans into spritzes, with rosemary, strawberry and Passito options on offer.

The venue’s signature Negroni is also available alongside classic cocktails, wines by the glass or bottle and sodas.

Bar Mammoni is open Tuesday to Saturday from 7am until late.
