Chef Matt Golinski has been appointed food ambassador and advisory executive chef at View Restaurant, Peppers Noosa Resort.
Golinski will launch new breakfast, lunch and dinner menus available from 3 April.
“I think View Restaurant has great potential to be a fantastic showcase for fresh, seasonal ingredients from local producers,” he says.
“My philosophy is to give our customers a genuinely local experience, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers.”
New dishes include Tin Can Bay whiting with endives, grapes, macadamia picada and sherry caramel; Bendele Farm spatchcock with pork and fennel sausage, white beans, grilled cos and salmoriglio and Jersey milk ricotta cannoli with fresh figs, lemon gelato and cinnamon honey.
