Lana’s chef series is back with a new round of collaborations. The modern Italian-Asian restaurant in Circular Quay’s Hinchcliff House is teaming up with top restaurants from Sydney, Melbourne, and the Barossa Valley.
Lana Executive Chef Alex Wong is overseeing the program, which saw a sold-out launch in March with Restaurant Ka.

On 3 June, Lana will collaborate with Melbourne’s John Rivera from Askal ($149pp). The one night event will blend Lana’s Italian-Asian seafood with Rivera’s modern take on Filipino cuisine.
The next instalment, on 9 July, will see Wong work with Kyle Johns from Barossa Valley’s Hentley Farm to deliver a menu that is driven by seasonal produce and the flavours of the Barossa ($139pp).
Last but not least, Wong will team up with Ewa Goralewski from hatted Sydney Asian smokehouse Yan on 23 September for an evening celebrating smoke as an ingredient ($139pp).
The series began last year and featured collaborations with Adam Hall from Flying Fish, Andrianto Wirya from Easy Tiger, and Brendan Fong from Restaurant Hubert.
Bookings are now open.
