Queen Victoria Market’s A Fresh Hop Experience! on Monday 13 May will offer guests a multi-course meal among the sheds, with all dishes produced in collaboration with some of the market’s food providers. Each course will be paired with Brick Lane Beers, including a limited release fresh-hop beer brewed in partnership with Ellerslie Hop Estate.
On Tuesday 14 May, East Elevation and Blackhearts & Sparrows will host a Seasonal Beer and Wine Feast, pairing an autumnal three-course meal with sour mixed-fermentation beer from Wildflower, Molly Rose Brewing and Dollar Bill Brewing.
