Foodservice Australia 2018 will be held at the ICC Sydney at Darling Harbour. More than 300 exhibitors, competitions and workshops will all be located on one floor.
“By moving to the new convention centre at Darling Harbour, we can accommodate even more exhibitors, visitors and special events,” says event director Tim Collett.
“Next year, we will host a brand new restaurant competition staged by the Australian Culinary Federation (ACF), called Restaurant of the Year, which will see restaurant teams compete in live kitchens on the show floor.”
As the ACF’s Battle of the Pacific event, Restaurant of the Year will complement the longstanding Chef of the Year.
The Foodservice Show has also added the Savour Patissier of the Year competition and the biennial Bocuse d’Or Australian Selection to its portfolio.
Running from 27—29 May 2018, the trade-only show will attract more than 9000 industry professionals to see over 300 exhibitors across the show floor, presenting food and beverage products, kitchen equipment, hospitality technology, entertainment and furniture and fittings.
