Young chefs are invited to team up and enter the 2018 Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award.
Golden Chef is Australia’s longest-running culinary competition for young chefs, and provides a platform for the country’s best and brightest talent to connect with peers, learn new skills and create innovative dishes.
The competition is open for chefs aged between 16-25 (as of 30 September) currently working in Australia’s culinary industry.
Finalists will be selected after participating in regional heats in June and July.
Regional finalists will cook off against each other at the national final at Fine Food Australia in Melbourne where one team will be crowned 2018 national chef champions and travel to Italy.

Entry is for teams of two who are Australian residents working in the culinary industry and aged between 16 and under 25 years of age on 30th September 2018.
