Double Bay venue Vine has launched The Garden, a greenhouse-inspired bar offering canaps and cocktails.

Originally the reception and bar arm of Vine with a provincial French farmhouse feel, The Garden has been re-imagined with hanging planters, potted greens and a plant library. Generous lounges with earthy-hued and floral cushions and wicker seating add to the relaxed vibe.

Executive chef, Drew Bolton brings his farm-to-table ethos to The Garden, with emphasis on giving guests a taste of the natural environment.

The gin and vodka based drinks list, created by mixologist Jason Crawley, incorporates seasonal fruits and aromatics to complement the garden scene, while a classic range of beer, wine and spirits round out the offering.

The original Vine entrance has also been transformed into a refined al fresco setting with high bar tables, cushioned seats, and green hedging.
