Chin Chin Sydney launches yum cha

Chin Chin Sydney is teaming up with sister venue Hawker Hall to launch Malaysian-inspired yum cha.

Available from 24 July on Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week, diners will be able to try everything from chilli salt squid to crab dumplings with Hainan chilli sauce and scallop sui mai with coconut laksa for $55 per person.

There will also be extras available including crispy duck pancakes with chilli jam and slaw, Malaysian hawker fried chicken with sambal and char kway teow with prawns and Chinese sausage.

Chin Chin will also be offering cocktails with yum cha including the Tommy Says Relax (tequila mandarin, yuzu, jalapeno agave, citrus, mandarin salt) and the That’s Not a Pina Colada, This is a Pina Colada for two (spiced rum, banana, coconut, pineapple, citrus).
