The menu is inspired by Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam and includes royal amok curry with prawns, scallops, pipis and barramundi along with Cambodian beef curry with mashed sweet potato and Thai barbecue chicken with coconut salad.

Grant Collins has designed the drinks list which features Smoke & Spice with five-spice gold tequila, Cointreau, house spice syrup and fresh pressed citrus with a smoked spiced rim.
