Some of the best new products to launch into Australia’s foodservice industry have been recognised at the annual Fine Food Australia tradeshow.
The Best New Product Awards recognise leading products that have launched in the industry in the last 12 months.
This year saw the highest number of entries in the awards’ history, with impressive submissions across the five categories: Retail, Hospitality Equipment, Bakery, Foodservice and Australian Made.
Exhibition director Minnie Constan said “2015 has once again proved to be an exciting and challenging year for our industry. We constantly need to reinvent ourselves and evolve in line with consumer demands and industry trends, and the New Product Awards is a great opportunity to recognise those businesses [that] are doing just that. It’s also a great way to celebrate everything that is great about the business we are in.”
