Abacus Bar & Kitchen will open on Chapel Street in Melbournes South Yarra on Thursday 15 December. The new venue is the brainchild of owner Dylan Whitmore, whos teamed up with Chris Connolly (ex-Top Paddock), to craft a modern Australian menu with a Spanish and North African twist.
