THE “Best Tourism Restaurant” title was given to the Sydney Tower Restaurant at the NSW Restaurant & Catering Awards on 15 September.This is the second consecutive year that the restaurant has taken out the award.
The restaurant’s general manager, Boru Tumulty, who accepted the gong was thrilled to win against such worthy competition.
“With over 5.5 million tourists passing through Sydney last year, just about every restaurant caters to tourism in some way or another, so winning the award is testament to both our service and product quality”.

Operating under the management of the AIH (Australian International Hospitality) Group, Sydney Tower Restaurant thrives with the support of a team of food, operational and marketing specialists.
