Goodman FielderFood Services has relaunched a range of vegetable oils under its Crisco brand for foodservice operators.

Approved by the Heart Foundation, the range is cholesterol free, lower in saturated fats and contains good monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. The new Crisco range includes Sunola, Liquid Gold, Canola, Sunflower and the new Endura. Endura is a new high oleic canola oil which delivers a longer fry life than regular canola. The packaging for the entire range has a fresh new look and all oils are available in a 15L bag-in-box cartons. The new cartons are 100% recyclable.
