More gongs for Ivy design

The $150m Ivy dining and entertainment complex has taken out awards in one of Australia’s top architecture awards.

The Merivale Group’s venture in Sydney’s CBD, created by designers Woods Bagot in collaboration with Hecker Phelan & Guthrie, won The Harry Seidler Award for Commercial Architecture at the Australian Institute of Architects 2009 National Architecture Awards.

It also won the National Architecture Award for Urban Design category.
