Justin North of Bécasse to open Etch

ALVARO Rey, general manager of InterContinental Sydney has announced the opening of Justin North’s new restaurant Etch in the hotel’s former site of Mint Bar & Dining, at the end of this month.

The Bécasse spin off will be the second restaurant for the 2009 Sydney Morning Herald, Good Food Guide Chef of the Year and the start of some new and exciting dining concepts to launch at InterContinental Sydney in coming months.
