The former Newcastle apprentice chef Brett Graham has scored a second Michelin star for his London restaurant The Ledbury in the latest edition of the internationally recognised Michelin Guidebook.

The 30 year old Williamtown born chef, who started his chef career as an apprentice at Newcastle’s iconic Scratchley's, restaurant on Newcastle’s harbour waterfront before heading to Sydney’s Banc restaurant, also grabbed a Michelin star for the Harwood Arms, a “little pub in Fulham” which Graham opened with Phillip Howard in 2008.
