Following the Pacific West tradition of sourcing and supplying first class products to the Food service industry we are pleased to launch the first products in our new category “Salmon solutions”.

“Salmon Solutions” will be offering a variety of value added and natural Salmon products sourced locally and from around the world.

The category will be opened in February with the release of Atlantic salmon fillets, these are available in skin less and skin on portions of either 180 gm or 200gm.

Produced from fresh salmon the portions are dry cut so the full flavour is retained. To ensure the integrity of the product is as close to fresh as possible each portion is snap frozen in its own vacuum pouch.

Perfect for grilling, poaching or crispy skinned salmon, the portions come in a 5 kg carton and are available from your frozen food distributor.
