Brisbane’s newest brewpub, Aether Brewing will open in Brisbane on 21 November.
Located on Railway Terrace in Milton, the brewpub will boast a large open space, a mezzanine level and a large bar downstairs.
Giant brewing tanks run along the walls and an open Barrel Room, designed for private events, resides on the mezzanine level.
Patrons will have the choice of 12 beer taps: six core range beers, three seasonal beers and three guest beers.
The food menu is designed to match the beer and includes a range of starters, pizzas and mains including the 350 g rib on the bone with dijon mustard mash, smoked corn and ale jus; smoked drunken pork ribs with beer, spice, BB chips and slaw; crispy skin salmon with salsa verde, broccolini and potatoes; and oven roasted baby cauliflower with tahina, grilled haloumi, pomegranate and sunflower seeds.
Aether Brewing will be open from 11am til late, seven days a week.
