Gordon Ramsay's first Australian restaurants are officially open for reservations ahead of their scheduled launch  later this month.

Maza and Maze Grill are using Australia's first real time online reservations service, Dimmi,  to allow people to make bookings in the lead up to the official opening on Monday, 29 March. The system allows guests to make an instantly confirmed booking 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Maze Melbourne's general manager, Edna Cunningham, said Gordon Ramsay uses real-time reservations in all of his restaurants around the world. " We find that our guests really appreciate the ease of being able to make bookings online, in their own time," she said.

Online reservations can be made for Maze and Maze Grill by visiting www.gordonramsay.com/australianrestaurants. Bookings will be available in both restaurants for dinner from 6pm every night from 29 March. Lunch bookings are available on selected days from 12pm to 2.30pm.

The Maze Melbourne team consists of chef de cuisine, Josh Emett, restaurant director, Randa Assi, and head sommelier, Lincoln Riley.
